"While tensions are high on the streets of Paris, a gay couple becomes the talking point of the two-star hotel Occidental. Upon a late and sudden check-in, the manager instantly goes into "Cluedo" mode for a crime they have yet to commit (if at all). An anecdotal series events involving homophobia, racism, misogyny, terrorist threats and political manipulations ensues. Although set in a retro-looking 70's hotel that matches the characters looks, the story is set somewhere in modern times and so are the underlying themes of prejudice and discrimination." — B.
