A: Yes, after registering you will be sent an email with an activation link. Check in you Spam folder, it’s probably there (to make it easier, mark our e-mail address as legit, and remember: we’re Spamflix, not Spam!).
Q: I forgot my password, what can I do?
A: On Spamflix’s Login Page click the “Forgot Password?” button, and we’ll send you an e-mail to reset it (always remember: we’re Spamflix, not Spam!).
Q: I forgot what my login is, what can I do?
A: Start the Registration process again.
Q: Can children register to Spamflix?
A: No, in order to use Spamflix’s streaming service you need to be at least 18 years of age.

Watching:
Q: How long can I watch a film after purchasing the streaming access?
A: For 72 hours, or 3 whole days, or 4.320 minutes.
Q: How can I see which films are available in my country.
A: Every film that appears in the Now Playing page is available in your country. .
Q: I’m not finding a film in the search button, and I’m sure I saw it before.
A: You may access a quick search from any page, by clicking on the loupe symbol on the top right part of your screen, but please note it’s only available for the international (or English) title. If you’re looking for the Director’s Name, please use the advanced search in the Now Playing page.
It’s also possible our distribution rights for that film have expired.
Q: How can I watch films on Spamflix?
A: Spamflix is available through web browsers, iOS, Android and Android TV with AirPlay and Chromecasts support.
Q: Can I watch a film from any country?
A: Not all the Spamflix titles are available in all countries, but all countries have amazing Nonsense titles available to make you laugh, scream and go crazy!
Q: What do you mean by Nonsense?

Q: If I purchase a film in a country, but travel the day after, will I be able to watch that film in the country of arrival, even if that specific title is not available there?
A: Yes, you may find that film, in your personal area, under “Watched Films”.
Purchasing:
Q: How can I pay for Spamflix’s streaming service?
A: You may check out with your PayPal account or Credit Card (through PayPal) as soon as you chose a film to watch, in the film’s page “Watch Now!” button.
Q: I got a “PayPal error. Try Again” message while trying to check out with my credit card. What is that?
A: This happens when PayPal suspects a unconventional use of the PayPal Express check out tool (mostly if you’re using a VPN proxy app), so your card will temporary not be processed nor charged on our site. Try again after a few minutes, if the problem still persists, please contact PayPal’s customer support or your credit card provider.
Q: Can I purchase film packs or rent out a film in the iOS App?
A: To avoid raising our prices, purchases on the iOS App are disabled. However, you can purchase a Film Pack or Rent a film through our website on mobile/desktop browsers and those contents will then be available on the iOS App and other platforms.
Q: Can I purchase film packs or rent out a film in the Android App?
A: Yes, you can.
Film Coupons:
Q: Where can I get a coupon to watch films on Spamflix?
A: Check our Games page, our Facebook and our Instagram pages to participate in our contests, quiz and games and try to win free film coupons!
Q: How long is a free film coupon valid?
A: For 3 months from the day you’ve received it from Spamflix.

Q: Will I receive an invoice for each purchase?
A: You may go to your personal profile area and download your invoices from the My Orders page

Q: Can I play Spamflix’s Games without being registered?
A: No, you have to be registered to access all the fun! Log into a registered Spamflix account in order to take part to the games.

A: No, you must create an account to submit a film to Spamflix.
Q: How can I submit my film to Spamflix?

Q: When can I expect to receive a feedback for my film submission?
A: Spamflix will review your submission as soon as possible and within 90 days from your submission.
Newsletters & Communications:
Q: I have subscribed to Spamflix’s Newsletter, does that mean I’ll be receiving loads of Spams from you?
A: We’ve been there already, repeat after us: we’re Spamflix, not Spam!
We will only write you to update you on news concerning Spamflix’s content, activities, and in case our Terms of Use have been updated.
Q: What other emails will I be receiving from Spamflix?
A: You will receive emails from Spamflix in the following cases: upon registration to activate your account; if you forget your password in order to reset it; when purchasing a film, you will receive an invoice; when submitting a film, by the time we have analysed your submission.
Q: Will Spamflix tell me what is the meaning of life?
