You are getting ready to take part in another Court Métrange screening. Whether you’re a festival know-it-all or know-nothing, you won’t hear us saying it was a bad move on your part. To ensure all goes, more or less, smoothly, here are some rules of conduct to keep in mind as you set out on this expedition:

1/ Don’t forget to pack a snack. Hunger won’t subside.

2/ A camera always comes in handy, and preferably one with a Zoon.

3/ Leave the flowers alone. If you touch them too much, you’ll lose your footing.

4/ Drugs are bad.

5/ Should you choose to stray, remember that atrocity is only atrocious.

6/ Lastly, on your way back, repeat the following like a mantra anchoring you in your nature worship: "Life must be loved, even in its least appealing forms." *

Vous vous préparez à embarquer dans une nouvelle séance Court Métrange. Que vous soyez aficionados ou néophytes du festival, nous ne vous surprendrons pas en disant que mal vous en a pris. Quelques règles de conduite, donc, à vous rappeler lors de cette expédition :

Un… n’oubliez pas de prendre un encas pour le goûter, la faim n’est pas votre alliée.

Deux… un appareil photo s’avère toujours utile, équipé d’un Zoon de préférence.

Trois… laissez les fleurs là où elles se trouvent. À trop y toucher, vous perdriez pied.

Quatre… la drogue, c’est mal.

Cinq… si vous vous risquez hors du sentier, rappelez-vous que n’est monstrueuse que la monstruosité.

Six… enfin, sur le chemin du retour, répétez, tel un mantra qui vous confortera dans votre vénération de la nature : « Il faut aimer la vie, même dans ses formes les moins attirantes ».*

Emma et Paul viennent de s’installer dans une banlieue pavillonnaire lorsque Paul est contraint de partir pour un voyage d’affaires.

Isolée et perdue, Emma découvre une mante religieuse. Un lien étrange se développe entre elles. Jusqu’à ce que Paul revienne.
